AMPEX is committed to giving back to community programs that improve access to outdoor experiences.
At AMPEX Outdoor Gear we are driven by the mission to make the great outdoors accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Our team, headquartered in the Kansas City metro area, deeply appreciates the beauty and adventure that comes with exploring the hundreds of miles of bike paths and single-track trail builders have created over the years.
In an effort to support the growth and maintenance of these incredible trail systems, we have established a close partnership with Urban Trail Company (UTC). We are committed to giving back a portion of our proceeds to UTC, ensuring that the volunteers who generously donate their time and expertise to create and maintain these amazing trails have access to the necessary equipment and supplies.
But we don't stop there. We strongly believe in the importance of community engagement and the value of hands-on involvement in the causes we support. That's why our team members and their families frequently devote their time and energy to helping create new trail spaces in the woods. This allows even more people in our community to experience the great outdoors, connect with nature, and enjoy the many benefits of spending time in nature.
